Class Policies

• Call or come by to sign up for all classes
• Receive 15% off on class supplies purchased at Robins
• Receive 15% off on purchases made the day of class (exclusions apply)
• Supply lists will be furnished at time of sign up
• Be familiar with your machine
• Bring a snack or lunch for classes scheduled during lunch time

Cancellation Policy

• We reserve the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment. We will try to give 7 days notice. Refunds will be given as a full cash refund or credit towards another class.
• If customer cancels 24 hours prior to class, a credit will be issued that can be used for merchandise or another class.
• If customer cancels the day of the class or is a no show, then there is no credit or refund. Because the teacher still is being paid.
• Waiting list is available if class fills quickly. First come, first serve
• We have the right to cancel or postpone a class due to weather. If we cancel, then customer can have a refund or a credit.
